I love these! I’m almost 60 years old and my skin has never looked smoother. I’m careful to use a moisturizer religiously. Great for exfoliation of elbows, knees, feet, etc, but I also use them on my face.

I’ve never used exfoliating sponges before. You can’t push too hard or it’ll hurt a little. Overall, good product, tho.

These were exactly what I was looking for. They are just gentle enough I don’t feel like I’m striping my face and thin enough to clean so I don’t have to worry about having old product left in after rinsing.

I’ve been one for the past few weeks at night only before bed and combined with the Christina Moss facial cleanser it does a really nice cleaning job. I use the facial moisture right afterwards. The amazing thing is that the moisturizer is completely absorbed. There is no residue on my face in the morning. This is a great combo.

I am very pleased with these exfoliating sponges! As I have gotten older, I find myself using more exfoliating products, but so many of them are so rough and/or harsh. I will agree with another reviewer that these should not be used daily, nor should any exfoliating product. These sponges, combined with the CWM toner, I feel like I have improved the overall health of my skin! Great product, and the 3 sponges per pack is a great value, as I expect these will last me 3 months.

I am a college student and most often run a makeup remover wipe over my face before I go to bed, so my skin is not super well attended to. I have the occasional raised pimple, some blackheads on my nose, but mostly I just have dull, uneven skin tone.
Well. After two uses with this sponge (one day on, one day off, one day on), in conjunction with the CMN face wash, my skin is noticeably better looking. The sponge is not super harsh, but still does a wonderful job at improving skin texture. I actually hate washing my face, but this makes it SO worth it, because I can actually tell the difference between when I use it and I don’t. My skin looks dewey now, and I no longer have to use a spot cover up because I seem to be catching blemishes before they happen.
I wouldn’t recommend using this every day. I think after the initial few uses, I will cut this down to about twice a week, because it does do a really good job exfoliating and I don’t want to over-process my skin.
I sometimes use this on my lips, and they no longer peel like a snake. They are soooo soft now 🙂
Note–before this I had tried using a konjac sponge, also purchased on amazon. I was not a huge fan. This CMN sponge, however, did the job, making my skin feel squeaky clean but to tight or dry. My skin felt soft and healthy. Will be purchasing again!

I have been using these for a few weeks. Three come in one package, lasting 3 months. They are not harsh or rough on my sensitive skin either. My skin felt smooth and seriously soft after first use. No rough abrasiveness which I have had with other sponges and exfoliators. I like the fact that they are white with nothing weird in them. They send directions for dry and wet use of these sponges, which is a nice touch. Their customer service is amazing too. These also work well not just on the face, but on any area of the body and have left my skin smooth and soft. If you follow what they suggest for using these, you’ll get good results. As a final note, I have used these on a few of my customers who received facials and exfoliation treatments. They were simple to use and my customers were very pleased with the results.
